  • All proceeds cover the foundation’s operational costs. By purchasing our merchandise, you underwrite essential operational costs: salaries for our core team, legal and accounting costs, logistics, warehousing, and marketing. This empowers our team to focus entirely on supporting Ukraine’s fight for freedom.

  • If your payment failed, don’t worry. It’s probably caused by your bank blocking the transaction. You have two options:
    1. Contact your bank and ask them to approve the payment.
    2. Use another payment method via our main donation page

    Select Operations – Support the Team in the Project field
    Mention what you were purchasing from the merch store in the Comment field

  • Shipping is included in the price.

  • We hand over orders to the postal service every Tuesday. Delivery time depends on the destination and can be found on the official Ukrposhta website: ukrposhta.ua

  • Yes. Once your order is shipped, we will send you a tracking number by email. You can track it at track.ukrposhta.ua

  • All products are made in Ukraine. We work exclusively with local illustrators, designers, contractors, and brands. Every purchase supports both the foundation and the Ukrainian economy.

  • Unfortunately, no. Purchases are considered charitable contributions. All items are checked before shipping, so defects are highly unlikely.
